Today's "daily" is very important to me... I want to talk about range of motion. Range of motion is simple in theory, yet is constantly abused by gym-goers on the daily. The range of motion is how far the person's joints can be moved in different directions. When applied to fitness it can be defined as simply the protraction and retraction of a rep. Don't cheat!
You won't get the full benefit from an exercise and activate the muscle in entirety if you stop short, like anything in life, when you start something finish it!
