Let's talk about intensity. What exactly is intensity as it relates to fitness? Intensity is what degree of passion and effort you bring to exercise every day. Intensity is one of those little things that can absolutely change any workout plan or routine without adding exercises or weight. My favorite way to ramp up intensity is being on my phone less and really focusing on my mind/muscle connection. I also find that telling myself positive things and visualizing myself moving the weight ramps up intensity. It gets to the point where I'm in my own little Burg world. At the end of the day we all have different goals, but if we are going to try to change our bodies and minds, let's go at it with some more intensity!
