Turkey, stuffing, pies, you've got to love the holiday food. Around this time of year it's easy to develop anxiety about eating too much and falling off of the wagon. Maybe it's time we embrace the opportunity to gorge on calories, and use it to our advantage. Instead of using the holiday season as an excuse to binge eat hard, think of it as an excuse to hit the gym harder, switch to a more difficult style of training, or even just make it to the gym more consistently. Remember, after your gym session use all those holiday treats to re-fuel.
